Our son began his time with Precious Gems in the fall of 2016 at 10 months of age. During his time at the daycare we were impressed by how much he learned and how fast he was developing. Michelle Williams offered a level of care that nodaycare centre could compare to. We felt comfortable as we knew in addition to receiving quality care, our son was being cared for out of love. He ate healthy
prepared meals and routinely got the opportunity to participate in exploring the outdoors. Michelle and the other children that attended the daycare would go for walks, play time at splash pads, fun at the park and much more. Our son would tell us all about his amazing day during the evenings. Precious Gems helped to make transitioning from maternity leave back to the workforce, comfortable as Michelle would courteously offer updates on daily activity and photos of their

My family absolutely loves the staff and care offered at Precious Gems. My son began his journey at 14 months. On his first day both him and I were anxious, as he walked in and began looking around, staff were near by to tell him about the different things he was looking at which helped him to feel safe. Before I knew it he was pushing me out the door so he could get on with his day. The care center is very clean, spacious and bright and they offer a variety of snacks and meals. My son looks forward to the activities they have scheduled, which were very engaging, they would teach him through song/dance, reading, or play. We were so impressed that our son would come home with new words or songs each day. The outdoor area was a great space for my son to expel energy. Michele and the staff at Precious Gems go over and beyond in there communication with my husband and I. They were accessible by phone, email or text, she would share feedback on how his day was and goals they were working towards and she would send us communication with pictures of the different things they were doing that day. My son loves his teachers and has been able to form great connections with the children that attend. It was really important for us to find a child care centre where my son could thrive and most of all feel safe and cared for.
